When the COVID pandemic took over, “nimble” became even more crucial in working with clients to creatively deliver conferences. New platforms, new meeting formats, new ways to engage attendees – we had to immerse ourselves in the world of virtual meetings, immediately, in order to produce successful events for our clients.

Twenty-five years ago, Kristin Scheyer had already spent nearly a decade working in the event industry - trade shows, continuing education, conferences and special events. After leaving the University of Washington as a facility-based event planner, Simple Meetings was a natural next-step as an outlet for her exceptional event management skills.

Principal
You'll be in good hands - over 25 years of industry experience including events as intimate as a VIP dinner for 12 and as complex as a multi-day international conference - with Kristin and her team who bring their consummate customer service and creative problem-solving expertise to your next event.
On-site Manager
Solutions are the name of the game and Lisa's hands-on approach will ensure that the event planning is executed flawlessly. As a seasoned travel coordinator and with her extensive on-site experience in the US and abroad, Lisa has managed every facet of an on-site event you can imagine, and with her marketing background, she does it all with flair.
IT / Registrar
Linda began her career in IT, then moved to business process and technology consulting where she developed her project management skills. Those same skills enabled Linda to successfully produce community art festivals and fundraising auctions, with the bonus of expanding her skills in database management.
